For relocating employees, a personalised and secure portal provides a detailed overview of local information and area research, delivering a seamless and intuitive user-friendly experience to our customers.

The relocating employee can view itineraries and property shortlists with descriptions and photographs, available floorplans, map locations, proximity to public transport, points of interest, local amenities and any additional comments by Klippa.

They can choose whether to add a property to the viewing schedule or to dismiss it – with just one click. The relocating employee can also make comments and communicate with Klippa via the portal.

This approach involves and engages the relocating employee in the relocation process and provides a simple and accessible place for information instead of a series of difficult-to-find emails.

When will I receive my itinerary?

You will receive your completed itinerary no later than 7pm the day before your home search viewing day.

How many properties can I expect to see?

We will aim to show you between 6 and 10 properties per viewing day; however, this will be dependent upon current market conditions and how flexible your requirements are.

Will I have a chance to preview the properties and make a shortlist?

Wherever possible, you will be given the opportunity to pre-screen and shortlist properties prior to your viewing day.

There are no set definitions for what constitutes a “furnished” property. It is crucial to understand what will or will not be provided before signing the lease agreement.

Furnished properties usually include larger items such as: sofa, table and chairs, beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, and white goods (fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc.). There are no set definitions for what constitutes a “furnished” property. It is crucial to understand what will or will not be provided before signing the lease agreement.

What does unfurnished mean?

Unfurnished properties are usually devoid of movable furniture items but should still include curtains or blinds and kitchen appliances. Make sure you clearly understand what the property will include before signing the lease.
