Race to Zero

Klippa’s Climate Commitment

Klippa is a proud member of the SME Climate Hub, a global initiative that empowers small to medium-sized companies to take climate action and build more resilient businesses.

Through the SME Climate Hub, we commit to lowering our impact on the environment through authentic action, halving our emissions by 2030. In making the commitment, we have joined the United Nations Race to Zero campaign.

Recognising that climate change poses a threat to the economy, nature and society at large, our company commits to take action immediately in order to:

  • Halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030
  • Achieve net zero emissions before 2050
  • Disclose our progress on a yearly basis

We are proud to be recognised by the United Nations Race to Zero campaign, and join governments, businesses, cities, regions, and universities around the world that share the same mission.

Ecologi Environmental Projects

Because Klippa Relocation is fully committed to not harming the environment or depleting natural resources, we have joined Ecologi to support reforestation and carbon offsetting projects. Ecologi is a platform for real climate action, facilitating the funding of carbon offset projects and tree planting around the world. Their mission is to reduce 50% of global CO2 emissions by 2040 and responsibly plant billions of trees every year.

Klippa is helping fund the world’s best climate crisis solutions. Projects include renewable energy, forest protection, and community initiatives like giving people access to clean water.

Each month, we plant native and diverse trees in Madagascar, Mozambique, and Nicaragua. The planting projects also help to support communities and reduce poverty by employing local workers.

If you want to support this great cause, you can gift more impact here.
